Through my years of training in Japan, I’ve learned that bridging the cultural gap is grounded in knowledge, connection, and shared experiences.

I completely understand the hurdles of maintaining a healthy lifestyle abroad. Figuring out confusing food labels and picking the right trainer can be challenging. That’s why I became the trainer I craved in my early years in Japan, and now I'm on a mission to guide others to carve their unique paths to wellness.

PERSONALIZED TRAINING

1:1 GYM

  • Personalized training sessions are designed to improve an individual's strength, physical conditioning, and ability to perform proper exercise techniques while minimizing the risk of injury. Each 75-minute session is structured to align with your primary goals and includes all the essential elements of a balanced and effective workout.

    • Warm-Up: A quick routine of mobility drills to prepare the body for optimal performance.

    • Workout Breakdown: Detailed explanations and guidance for each exercise to ensure proper form and technique.

    • Stretching & Cool-Down: Designed to enhance recovery and flexibility, promoting long-term progress.

    • 1:1 PERSONAL TRAINING

    Once you've completed your assessment session and filled out the introductory questionnaire, I'll develop a personalized training plan tailored to your needs. This plan serves as our roadmap for continued learning, progress, and growth toward your goals.

    I will track all your training sessions in the HEVY app, giving you easy access to your progress and performance insights to keep you motivated and on track.

    • PARTNER TRAINING

    Designed for two participants with similar training levels and gym experience, this format ensures a smooth and effective workout. Sessions primarily focus on supersets or circuit training for maximum efficiency.

    Training progress is tracked in the HEVY app for one participant, providing access to detailed records, progress graphs, and performance insights to keep you both motivated and on track.

    • GROUP TRAINING

    This class is open to the public and limited to 6 participants. We focus on lower-body strength, with a special emphasis on Glutes training. Held on the second and fourth Sunday of each month, it welcomes all fitness levels.

    Payment is made on the day of the class. Please reserve your spot in advance via email or DM.

ONLINE COACHING

TRAINING & NUTRITION

  • Online coaching allows you to train on your terms with personalized guidance. Whether you're hitting the gym, training at home, or need a customized nutrition plan, I’ve got you covered.

    • ONLINE TRAINING (via HEVY app)

    After completing your introductory questionnaire, I design a structured workout plan tailored to your goals. You'll track your progress and receive form feedback—all within the HEVY app.

    • ONLINE NUTRITION COACHING

    After completing your introductory questionnaire, you’ll receive a detailed meal plan with a macronutrient breakdown, customized to your taste preferences and dietary needs, along with a shopping list for Japanese markets.

    • SIMPLE PLAN

    A 30-day program where you choose between training or nutrition coaching. You'll have two check-ins—training progress is analyzed via the HEVY app, while nutrition check-ins include photos, weight, and measurements.

    • FULL PLAN

    An 8-week program that combines personalized training (tracked via the HEVY app) with a nutrition guide to help you reach your goals. It includes suggested supplements and links to products available in Japan.

    • ELITE PLAN

    A 12-week program featuring personalized training (via HEVY app) and a detailed nutrition plan with macronutrient breakdown. Includes a supplement list, a Japanese market guide, a food guide, and nutritional equivalencies for easy adjustments.

  • Body recomposition is the process of losing body fat while simultaneously gaining muscle, often with little to no change in scale weight. This science-based approach is effective even for seasoned lifters and requires precise training, progressive strength work, and nutrition tracking.

    This 8–12 week program is designed for sustainable, measurable progress—perfect for those committed to long-term transformation.

  • Designed for men and women with a normal range of body fat, this program focuses on building strength and muscle through progressive training and smart nutrition. Ideal for bodybuilders, glute-builders, and those looking to enhance long-term wellness—including individuals in perimenopause, menopause, or andropause—while achieving a strong, resilient body.

  • This program is designed for athletes and active individuals looking to enhance their skills on the field, improve off-season conditioning, or boost overall performance. Through targeted strength, agility, and endurance training, you'll build the power, mobility, and resilience needed to excel in your sport and daily life.

GYM GARAGE - TOKYO

I'm pleased to introduce our semi-private gym where we'll be working together. It's a spacious two-story space with new equipment, a locker room, shower and restrooms separated by gender. In addition, is tattoo-friendly gym and provide all the proper sanitary conditions for the development of your session in the greatest comfort.
